Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 2026
This policy explains what information Devomatic collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, reach out at contactus@devomatic.in.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, company, and project details submitted through our contact forms, newsletter sign-up, or scheduling links. We also collect standard analytics data such as pages visited, referring pages, device and browser type, and general location, used only in aggregate.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, schedule consultations, deliver the services you request, and, if you opt in, send occasional product or company updates. We use aggregate analytics to understand how visitors use our site and to improve it. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Data storage & security
Form submissions are stored securely in our Firebase Firestore database, protected by access-controlled security rules. Only authorized team members can access lead and subscriber data. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, such as maintaining an ongoing client relationship or complying with legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contactus@devomatic.in, and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children's privacy
Our site and services are intended for businesses and individuals over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
International transfers
Because we work with clients globally, your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection wherever it is processed.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
